Reporting a calculation issue
Tell us which tool you used, the units, the example inputs and what result you expected. A sample bed is enough; there is no need to include your address, payment information or other private details.
First check the rounding and top-up rules. Measured volume and whole-package purchase quantity can legitimately differ.
Supplier questions
For product suitability, delivery access, prices and ordering increments, contact your supplier. Garden Order cannot confirm those details.
